A great deal of Shant's success is due to the knowledge that he has acquired by receiving his Bachelors of Science from Cal State University Northridge, majoring in Business Marketing. He was a banker at one of the nation's largest financial institutions, US Bank in Encino California, for over five years during which he became the number one producing banker in the State of California and one of the top 20 producers in the company nationwide. Later, Shant decided to leave the banking industry to pursue his career in Real Estate by acquiring his Real Estate Broker's license. Shant has completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) curriculum, a designation held by only 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide, and is a member of the organization. These credentials have resulted in Shant becoming an expert in all fields of commercial and residential real estate investment.
